Well, Team New Zealand did it. Check out the footage of the new AC 72 revealed and christened in the city of sails Auckland, NZ. Man, those things are going to be fast. It’s okay to fast forward as I did to cut to the chase. Do they really expect us to sit through 15 minutes…
Team Telefonica find themselves in the lead yet once again. Somehow the the Spanish team seems to tactically climb from the back of the pack to the front , every time, without fail. As the fleet clear all of the obstacles of the Malacca Strait they head into even tighter quarters which should make for interesting night sailing. The debris and…
Click on the images for a larger view. It was a dreary day in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Here we were aloft at the desirable Baltimore Marine Center Lighthouse Point. Our FREE rigging safety inspections are becoming quite popular. This was a Beneteau 473, a tall mast that offers a nice view. Thanks for checking out…
Today was a HOT one! We went aloft to see if this boat can accept an all rope jib halyard. As you can see, it is not the sheave that is the problem but rather space between the head-stay and sheave, it is simply too tight to fit anything other than wire. Other than the…
We went aloft for a safety inspection after this beautiful Cabo Rico experienced a lightening strike. You can see below that the brunt of the lightening strike was taken by the VHF antenna. Pictured below you will see two head-swivels on a set of Profurl headsail furlers. One with correct hoist and one…
Just another day at the office. Here I had to go aloft to take a perfectly good internal halyard that went to a brand new rope clutch and make it external. Don’t ask me why, it is just what the customer wanted. As we always say “as long as it is safe and functional”, it is…

good morning I would like to know if PASHA is for sale ?Or if it is possible to know the name of the place she was build.Thank you and best regards
Hello Christophe. That is a beautiful boat, but unfortunately I do not know how to find it’s builder or if it is for sale. However! Our friends over at Denison Yacht sales, namely Lloyd Cooper has a real knack for finding special boats and you may want to click the link for more info on him.

HI Christophe, this was a one-off build designed by the American naval Architect William for his own use. She was built in Aluminum by Global Yachts (the Howdy Bailey yard) back in 1995.
If you’re looking for something like this I’d recommend some other ‘Spirit of Tradition’ style builders that might be of interest to you. Drop me a line anytime and I can send you some yachts that match your criteria.
