This may seem a little long winded, but going aloft on a sailboat mast is serious business and should not be taken lightly. Serious injury or death can occur, so please take every precaution. In this article I would like to take a moment to talk about some of the methods that we use to…
These are the highlights from act 8 in beautiful Rio De Janeiro. Torben Grael, skipper of Team Brasil and home town hero could not make it happen. Leigh Mcmillan of The Wave Muskat takes the double and probably has the best finishes for 2012. Great job, Team Muscat! I can’t wait to catch the action next year in Oman……….
The Rigging Company aloft to install a digital apparent wind instrument. An Osprey made its nest on top of it and broke the cheaply made mounting plate right off. The view of a Bristol 43, nice boat! Any guesses as to where we are? Thanks for having a look at the view.
The Americas Cup World Series will make its final stop Newport, Rhode Island. The venue will feature both fleet and match racing. Make sure you are there. The event will take place June 23 – July 1, 2012 with AC World Series Championship racing taking place June 28 – July 1. Racing inside the Narragansett…
The Rigging Company was back at it again, but this time enjoying a little slice of paradise. I have to say there are many great things about this line of work, but being able to travel to desirable locations to work on peoples yachts has to top the list. The Cayman Islands has no shortage…
Team Telefonica find themselves in the lead yet once again. Somehow the the Spanish team seems to tactically climb from the back of the pack to the front , every time, without fail. good morning I would like to know if PASHA is for sale ?Or if it is possible to know the name of the place she was build.Thank you and best regards
Hello Christophe. That is a beautiful boat, but unfortunately I do not know how to find it’s builder or if it is for sale. However! Our friends over at Denison Yacht sales, namely Lloyd Cooper has a real knack for finding special boats and you may want to click the link for more info on him.

HI Christophe, this was a one-off build designed by the American naval Architect William for his own use. She was built in Aluminum by Global Yachts (the Howdy Bailey yard) back in 1995.
If you’re looking for something like this I’d recommend some other ‘Spirit of Tradition’ style builders that might be of interest to you. Drop me a line anytime and I can send you some yachts that match your criteria.
