Shipping options and charges depend on the products ordered and the delivery address. Available services and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please review your shipping selection and address before placing your order.
Availability and order processing
Most orders are drop-shipped directly from our vendors. Stocked items are typically dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Once dispatched, shipping normally takes 2–5 business days, depending on geography and the selected service. Orders containing items from different vendors may arrive in separate shipments.
If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can check availability and discuss the appropriate shipping service. A shipping-service estimate describes transit time; it does not include time needed to obtain or prepare your items.
Custom, oversized and special-order items
Custom rigging, oversized products and orders requiring freight or special handling may need an individual shipping quote and lead-time confirmation. If checkout does not offer an appropriate service for your order or address, please contact us for assistance. For supplier backorders, contact us to confirm the current expected lead time.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information will be provided when available. A shipping label or tracking number may be created before the carrier receives the parcel. Carrier tracking provides the latest available shipment updates.
Please check your delivery address and include a phone number where we can reach you about the order. If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us with your order number and any relevant photographs. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
US Virgin Islands and international deliveries
Available shipping services vary by destination and product. If checkout does not display a service for your location, contact us before ordering to confirm shipping availability and any destination-specific requirements.
