Harken stainless steel long link plates fit over a standard turnbuckle, resist scratches, and can be easily re-polished. Plates are designed to be trimmed to length and allow the furler drum to be installed higher off the deck. If an anchor roller & anchor are mounted such that the anchor & chain pass under the furling drum, a long link toggle should be used to raise the installed drum height off the deck to account for proper anchor clearance.
