The TRC COMPLETE Facnor  FastFX+ 4500 Code 0 furler package includes :

  • one continuous line drum in anodized aluminum and CNC machined in a solid block, protected by a composite/carbon housing, low profile drum
  • two Facnor torsion cable thimbles Especially developed for FX+4500 furler
  • one swivel also in anodized aluminum and CNC machined in a solid block, including neoprene anti-impact cover with high-visibility marking
  • one snapshackle as bottom drum attachment (optional SSH+4500 solid sheave as alternative)
  • one shackle as top swivel attachment (optional LB03T 2-to-1 block as alternative)
  • « Start & Go » system included, a ratchet in s/s duplex enabling a temporary stop when furling in and a self-locking both clockwise and anti-clockwise (Facnor patent).
    • Colligo Anti-Torsion Cable(15mm)  Please measure and specify the size you need

      The Rigging Company recommends the following:

      • Add an additional 2-3 feet to the length of your torsion cable to be able to correctly wrap around the thimble on either end.
      • Also, we recommend 4 Torsion cable clamps for larger systems / higher load (e.g. code 0 systems) installations.
      • If you will be using a tack line, please Contact Us to make a 2:1 tack line custom to your needs
      • The use of a 2:1 halyard (Click here for a 2:1 Halyard Head Shackle) for optimal tensioning, reduced loading, and optimal system operation
